I was born in High Point, NC and have spent most of my life in Forsyth County. I earned a B.A. in Mathematics at Salem College, where I also studied studio art. My paintings were exhibited annually at Artworks Gallery in Winston-Salem from 2009 - 2017, and I was a founding member of Delurk Gallery in Winston-Salem. I became a shop artist at The Marta Blades Shop in the Sawtooth School in Winston-Salem last year. I mostly make large acrylic paintings, but I also love to make tiny landscape paintings for Artists in Cellophane to send all to Art-o-Mat hosts all over the United States.
I travel extensively in the US and the UK, and most of my painting ideas come from long walks in beautiful settings.
